Workshop on Entrepreneurship and Innovation held at SPC, Puttur
Puttur Nov 18: St Philomena college Puttur, Department of Business Administration in collaboration with Internal Quality Assurance Cell and Institution’s Innovation Council of the College organized, a workshop on “Entrepreneurship and Innovation” as a career opportunity in the SJM Hall.
Mr Krishnanada Nayak, proprietor, Sri Varadaraja Traders, Puttur inaugurated the activities of the Management Association by lighting the lamp. In his inaugural address he appealed student participants to explore their talents and to develop a professional career in that direction.
Principal of the College Rev. Dr Antony Prakash Monteiro presided over the programme and in his presidential address he said that” studentsshould alwaysbe innovative and creative. Managing self-life and personality along with a professional career is important in the current global competitive scenario.”
Mrs Archana Pai ,proprietrix, Sandhya Fresh , Ujire was the resource person for the virtual session of the workshop.Prashanth Rai, Convener of the Management Association made preliminary remarks.President of Management Association Bhavith, III BBA welcomed, Mohammad Suhail, II BBA proposed vote of thanks and Devika III BBA compeered the programme. Harshitha II BBA and group rendered prayer. Dr Radhakrishna Gowda HoD, Business Administration, Abhishek Suvarna, Convener of IIC, Pushpa, Assistant Professor, Dept of BBA were present on the occasion.
