Sports Summer Camp Inaugurated at Holy Redeemer English Medium School, Belthangady

Belthangady: ‘Exams are all done, and now it’s time for some fun’. Holy Redeemer English Medium School inaugurated its one-week Sports Summer Camp on April 1st.

The program began by invoking God’s grace. Mrs Shanthi Pereira welcomed the gathering. The summer camp solemnly commenced by lighting the lamp.

Correspondent Very Rev. Fr Walter D’Mello, Headmaster Rev. Fr Clifford Pinto, Parish Pastoral Council Vice President Walter Monis, and PTA Vice President Supriya D’Souza were present.

The headmaster gave an overview of the summer camp. The correspondent wished all students participating in the camp to undergo training in a true sporting spirit.

Trainers Aseed Padangadi for Kabaddi, Sugan for Handball, Rajesh for Volleyball, Sampath for Badminton, and Supreet for Chess were welcomed.

The eagerness and excitement of the students to undergo training in various sports events were very evident. 

Physical Education Teacher Mr Sharath Pinto organised the camp. Mrs Mary Suja proposed the vote of thanks, and Mrs Renita Lasrado compered the event.
