Mount Carmel Basketball Senior Boys and Girls Emerge Champions in the 1st R.L. Jaipuria Cup 2023

Mangaluru: In the 1st Shri R.L. Jaipuria Memorial Cup 2023 held at Shrinivas Mallya Basketball Indoor Stadium, organized by ILG Crown Pvt Ltd. and Mangalore Basketball Club from September 21st to September 24th, both the boys and girls junior and senior teams of Mount Carmel Central School, Mangaluru, participated in it and brought laurels to the school.

The senior boys’ team as well as the girls’ team bagged the winner’s trophy, and the junior boys’ and girls’ teams bagged the third position in this tournament. Mythili Nayak Manel and Mrinal of Grade X were appreciated and declared the best players of the tournament.

The school management, principal, and staff congratulated the basketball players for their

commendable accomplishment and appreciated the efforts of the PE department of the school.
