MCC Bank holds 3rd quarter performance review of the Bank

Mangaluru: MCC Bank holds its third quarter performance review on January 27, 2024, at the Sambram Hall, St Antony Ashram, Jeppu, Mangaluru.

‘Sahakara Ratna’ Mr Anil Lobo, chairman of the bank, presided over the review program. Mr Ronald D’Souza, CEO of Leksa Lighting Technologies Pvt. Ltd., was the chief guest on the program.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr Ronald D’Souza called upon the staff members to be the assets of the bank. He said that continuous and steady growth always shows the healthy performance of the institution. Never run away from problems, as they teach valuable lessons for your life. He presented his own example of growth for the past 6 years and called upon the staff members to have a sense of belongingness towards the Bank.

Mr. S. H. Vishveshwaraiah, Advisor of the Bank, presented the review of the third quarter. He presented the branch-wise quarterly review of deposits, advances, CASA, and NPA. He appreciated the performance of the branches that had achieved the target and called upon the other branches to reach the target by March 2024.

Mr. Maxim Castelino, Credit Advisor explained the strategies for achieving the target under loans and advances. He emphasized that the thorough knowledge of the products of the Bank, viz., the policy on loans and advances, will surely help the staff members achieve their targets.

The clarifications on the offers to the customers on the occasion of the milestone achievement of business turnover of Rs 1000 crore were communicated to all the staff members.

Director and staff members who celebrated birthdays during the month were felicitated.

The chairman of MCC Bank, ‘Sahakara Ratna’, Mr Anil Lobo, in his presidential address, appreciated staff members who have achieved their targets for their efforts. He emphasized the need for day-to-day review and day-to-day reporting. He said that knowledge of all the products and services of the bank should be known to each of the staff members and that they should be in a position to independently handle day-to-day business transactions. He also gave valuable input and suggestions to the staff members for the improvement of their performance in the coming days. He also urged all the staff members to be result-oriented for the bank. He emphasized that negative growth will never be tolerated and that every opportunity will be given to each staff member to improve their performance, and the performers will be rewarded appropriately.

Directors Dr Gerald Pinto, Mr Elroy Kiran Crasto, Mrs Irene Rebello, Mr Herald Monteiro, Professional Director, Mr C.G. Pinto, Mr Felix D’cruz, Mrs Sharmila Menezes, and Mr Alwyn Monteiro were present for the review meeting.

Mr Sunil Menezes, General Manager of the bank, proposed the vote of thanks. Mr Rayan Praveen K., Branch Manager of Karkala Branch, completed the program.
