A Seminar on Career Planning: A Pathway to Employment organised at St Agnes College (Autonomous)
Mangaluru: The Post Graduate Department of Commerce, Centre for Post Graduate Studies and Research, St Agnes College (Autonomous), Mangaluru, organised a seminar on Career Planning: A Pathway to Employment on August 3, 2023 (Thursday) from 10:00 a.m. onwards. The speaker for the day was Mr. Suresh M. S., Director, Sarvajna IAS Academy.
Ms. Samrudhi took the opportunity to be the host for the day. The session started by invoking God’s blessing. Ms. Shweta welcomed the gathering, and Ms. Venisha, M.Com. final-year student, introduced the speaker.
Mr Suresh M. S. provided valuable insights on Government job opportunities in India. He also highlighted the required qualifications for the same. He shared valuable tips to crack those competitive exams. He emphasised that the government offers a wide array of positions across different domains, including civil services, defence, banking, railways, public administration, and more. His efforts contributed substantially and motivated students to take competitive examinations. He concluded his session with meaningful stories.
The session ended successfully under the guidance of Dolan Champa Banerjee, HOD of M.Com. Ms. Sumaiyya, M. Com. final year student, proposed the vote of thanks.
