TT Coaching at FATHER MULLER
Mangaluru: Another feather on the hat to Father Muller Charitable Institutions (FMCI) as they collaborate with Padukone Center of excellence of Table Tennis powered by STAG Global.
The new table tennis high performance coaching academy was inaugurated at Father Muller Indoor Stadium on 19 th March at 10:30am. Mr Ashwin Kumar Padukone the chief coach of Padukone academy welcomed the gathering.
Rev Fr Ajith B Menezes Administrator Father Muller Medical College (FMMC) and Mr Gowtham Shetty chairman Torpedoes sports club and president tennis ball association were the chief guests.
Rev Fr Ajith inaugurated the new high performance table tennis academy and wished good luck to all.
Table Tennis , improves hand-eye coordination, mental acuity, reflexes, balance, leg, arm, and core strength, and aerobic fitness; moreover, it provides a social outlet that benefits mental as well as physical health!
Padukone Table Tennis Centre for Excellence powered by STAG GLOBAL is functioning from March 19th and is already running regular batch and Summer Vacation Batches are to begin from April 1st 2023.
The Academy is fully focused on High Performance Training and henceforth will be focusing on the fitness of the players along with Multi-Ball training, Robot Training, Video Analysis, Match Based training, Situation Based training, Tactical training along with deep emphasis on the Technical training aspects.
The chief coach Ashwin Kumar Padukone is an International level 3 certified coach and international level 1 coaches’ trainer approved by the International table tennis federation by the guidance of Chief Trainer and Coach from US Mr Richard Mcafee.
