Holy Redeemer School’s Boys Kabaddi Team qualifies for District level
Belthangady: ‘Practise makes one perfect, hard work makes one successful’
Holy Redeemer English Medium School brought laurels by winning the Taluk Level Kabaddi Tournament, held in Badagakarandooru on September 9.
The tournament was jointly organised by the School Education and Literacy Department and Block Education Office, Belthangady, in collaboration with the Government Higher Primary School, Badagakarandooru.
The Holy Redeemer Primary School boys team won the Champions Trophy and is qualified for the district-level tournament, to be held on September 16th. Players also received individual awards for their performances.
Manvith was awarded as the best all-rounder, and Alin Azi was awarded as the best catcher.
The team was trained by Physical Education Teacher Mr Sharath Pinto. Headmaster Rev. Fr Clifford Pinto congratulated the students on their joyous victory.
