Bondel Laughter Club: Change at The Helm

Mangaluru: Mr. A. M. Khalil, a retired lecturer at Karnataka Government Polytechnic (KPT) Mangaluru, has taken over as president. The Bondel Laughter Club, which was started in 2002, was so far being conducted by Mr. John Monteiro, who had been conducting laughter sessions at the Gateway of India in downtown Mumbai for many years before retiring to Mangalore in 2000.

Along with him, Mr. Bonaventure DSouza, who retired from the gulf job in 2020, is the new Vice President of the Bondel laughter club. Mr. John Monteiro will continue to be a member of the Laughter Club.

The laughter program starts at 6 a.m. and ends at 6.20 a.m. Monday – Saturday at Bondel Ground.
