Mangaluru: The St Joseph Engineering College (SJEC) Men Chess team has secured Winners trophy and the SJEC Women Chess team secured the runner-up trophy in the VTU Rest of Bengaluru Division Chess Championship held at SJMIT, Chitradurga, on July 15 and 16, 2024, under the guidance of the Physical Education Director (PED), Ms. Vaneesha V. Rodrigues, and Assistant PED, Mr Sudheer M.
