Thanks giving Mass and New Year celebration at Bondel Church

Mangaluru: The 31st of December marked the end of the year 2020. As a sign of our gratitude to the Lord for showering His blessings upon us during the year, the parishioners gathered in large numbers for the adoration of the Blessed Sacrament. It was led by Rev Fr. Paul Melwyn DSouza, Superior of St. Anne’s Friary.

The Solemnity of the Mary, Mother of God feast began with the Eucharistic Banquet. Rev Fr. Paul Melwyn Dsouza was the main celebrant. In his homily he highlighted the importance of Mary Mother of God .Rev. Fr Andrew Leo DSouza Parish Priest. Rev Fr Clifford Pinto , Principal St Lawrence English Medium school ,  Rev Fr. Rupesh Tauro Asst. Parish Priest ,Rev Fr Pascal ,Rev Fr Melwyn co-celebrated the mass.

The Church choir enriched the spiritual atmosphere by singing melodiously the meaningful hymns. After the mass year of St Joseph was inaugurated by Rev Fr. Paul Melwyn DSouza.Mr Reginald DSouza Vice –President, Mr Steevan Noronha Secretary were present.
