Temporary Profession Ceremony Held at Rosa Mystica Novitiate
Mangaluru – The Temporary Profession of three newly vested novices—Sr Renisha Menezes, Sr Chandrika, and Sr Sofiya Rodrigues—from Rosa Mystica Novitiate, Kinnikambla, was solemnly celebrated on 22nd April 2025 at 10:00 a.m.
The ceremony commenced with a reverent Eucharistic Celebration, officiated by Rev. Fr. Joseph Martis, Parish Priest of Derebail Parish, and concelebrated by Fr. Roshan OP. During the Eucharist, Sr Lilly Pereira, Provincial Superior of the Mangalore Province, received the vows of the three novices, officially welcoming them into the Congregation of the Sisters of the Little Flower of Bethany.
Following the religious celebration, a brief felicitation program was held. The newly professed sisters were warmly congratulated by the Provincial Superior, their parents, family members, and the community of sisters. Special appreciation was extended to Sr Sonia, Novice Directress; her assistant, Sr Lilitta; Sr Savitha Dsouza; and all those who played a vital role in the sisters’ formation. The unwavering support and sacrifices of the parents were also acknowledged with deep gratitude. As a token of appreciation, the Provincial Superior honoured the parents with shawls.

































In their thanksgiving address, the newly professed sisters expressed heartfelt gratitude to Sr Rose Celine, Superior General, and her Councillors for their prayerful support and blessings. They also extended sincere thanks to their Provincial Superior, vocation promoters, directresses, and their families for their continued encouragement and guidance throughout their formation journey.
The joyous celebration concluded with a festive meal, shared in a spirit of love and fraternity. The Bethany Congregation rejoices in this sacred milestone and prays for abundant blessings upon the newly professed sisters as they begin their consecrated life.
