Staff Enrichment Program held at Holy Redeemer English Medium School

“Teachers who love teaching teach children to love learning.”

Belthangady: A two-day staff enrichment program for the staff of Holy Redeemer English Medium School was held on May 27th and 28th in the school hall.

Headmaster Rev. Fr Clifford Simon Pinto welcomed the gathering and gave an introduction to the orientation program.

The program began with a solemn prayer by the correspondent, Very Rev. Fr Walter D’Mello. In his message, he encouraged and motivated the staff to start the new academic year with zeal and enthusiasm.

Fr Ashwin Lohith Cardoza, Director of ICYM of Manglore Diocese, was the resource person.

The sessions were skillfully conducted by the resource person. He emphasised the role of a teacher as a lifelong learner, instilled with traits to nurture young minds. Sessions with lots of activities and group discussions inculcated encouragement for molding oneself to be a better teacher by updating and improvising.

The orientation program concluded with the sharing of opinions and experiences by all staff. Blendin Rodrigues proposed the vote of thanks.
