St Agnes College (Autonomous) organizes a captivating magic show titled “Illusion and Reality”
Mangaluru: An exciting and insightful program titled “Illusion and Reality”—a” captivating magic show where the boundaries of reality are pushed and the art of illusion is used to convey valuable life lessons—was organized at St Agnes College (Autonomous) on 6th January 2024.
Dr Robert J. Zoerman and Mr. Michael Bruce took us through a magical journey of illusion and reality. Dr. Zoerman affectionately known as “Magic Bob” performed intellectual tricks designed to challenge and stimulate our minds. Their tricks learned were based on engineering skills.
American illusionist Mr. Michel Bruce presented a wide range of highly entertaining and engaging illusions to captivate the audience. Using humor, music, and sleight of hand, he mystified and challenged the concepts of reality.
These skilled magicians wove a spellbinding narrative that was a spectacular and informative show. The event was attended by the Campus Crusade Staff Team: Mr. Roshan, Mr. Reji Varghese, Mrs. Besty Regi, Mr. Shivashankar, Mr. Ramesh, and Mr. Mahesh.
Sr Dr M Venissa AC, Principal; Sr Carmel Rita AC, Administrator; faculty members; and the students were present for this session. The program began invoking God’s blessings, led by Alice and the team. Privy D’Souza, UG Student President, delivered the vote of thanks. Sr Dr M Venissa AC felicitated the skilled magicians Dr Robert J. Zoerman and Mr. Michael Bruce.
This event had left everyone entertained, educated, amazed, and, most importantly, inspired us with a lasting sense of wonder. Along with the magic show, a message of learning was conveyed that nothing is impossible.
