Science webinar series at St.Philomena College

Puttur: Science webinar series was conducted by the Department of Physics of  St.Philomena College, Puttur, in association with Pilikula Regional Science Center to propagate the Science with students and the general public.

The webinar is the need of the time, and reaches a wider audience, said Dr. KV Rao, the Director of the Pilikula Regional Science Center. In his introductory remarks, Dr. KV Rao explained the working and the aim of the Science Center.  

Prof.AP.Bhat, the retired Principal of PPC, Udupi. Prof.Keshava TN, the retired Principal, SDM College, Ujire, Prof.Palahalli Vishwanath, Scientist and well known Kannada Science writer,  Prof. H Gangadhara Bhat of Department of Marine Geology, Mangalore University, Mr.Atul Bhat, Assistant Professor of PPC, Udupi were delivered the webinar on various topics.

Dr. AP Radhakrishna, the Head of the Department of Physics, St.Philomena College, and Dr. Deepak E’Disilva, coordinator of PG studies, organized the webinar series. Prof.Viipin Naik, Dr. Ashith, Dr. Praveen Prakash D’Souza, and Dr. Chandrashekhar coordinated the program.
