Rev. Fr Anthony Peter Priest of the Diocese of Shimoga is no more

Shivamogga, July 23, 2024: The Diocese of Shimoga received shocking news today at noon. Rev. Fr Anthony Peter, Parish Priest of Little Flower of Theresa Church, Shikaripura, breathed his last in a fatal accident near Savalanga. He was traveling from Shivamogga to Shikaripura after finishing his work at Shivamogga. Bro. Stephen, who was doing his regency, was traveling with him. He is seriously injured and has been admitted to Nanjappa Hospital, Shivamogga.
Rev. Fr Anthony Peter served at Our Lady of Health, Minor Basilica, from 2016 to 2023. Funeral details are awaited.
