PUC Topper Nichelle Fernandes Felicitated at Venur Church

Venur: Ms. Nichelle Fernandes, a member of Christ the King Church, Venur, was felicitated by the Catholic Sabha for securing the highest marks in the PUC examinations.

Rev. Fr Edwin Santhosh Monis, the parish priest, lauded Nichelle for her exceptional academic achievement, stating that her success has brought pride and joy to the parish community. He congratulated both Nichelle and her parents, acknowledging her as a multi-talented student.

During the felicitation ceremony, Rev. Fr Loyston Cordeiro, Church Vice President Dennis Sequeira, Secretary Jethrud D’Souza, Catholic Sabha Branch President Arun D’Souza, and Secretary Gracy Noronha honored Nichelle with a fruit basket, floral bouquet, and a shawl in recognition of her outstanding performance.

Former Catholic Sabha Central President L.J. Fernandes and several parishioners were also present on the occasion.

Apart from her academic excellence, Nichelle is an active member of the church choir, where she plays the keyboard. She is the daughter of Clifford Alwyn Fernandes, the choir director, and Anitha Dias.
