Palm Sunday Celebrated with Devotion at Our Lady of Miracles Church, Mangaluru

Mangaluru, April 13: Marking the beginning of the Holy Week, the Christian faithful of Our Lady of Miracles Church, Mangaluru, solemnly celebrated Palm Sunday to commemorate Jesus Christ’s triumphant entry into Jerusalem before His arrest and crucifixion.
The liturgical celebration began with a procession led by Fr Michael Santhumayer, followed by the Holy Eucharist. The Mass was concelebrated by Fr Bonaventure Nazareth, Fr Uday Fernandes, and Fr Gerald Pinto.
Palm Sunday marks an important spiritual milestone for Christians as they prepare for the sacred events of the Passion, Death, and Resurrection of Jesus Christ during Holy Week.
