Online registration programme for the “Graha Jyothi” scheme organized at Infant Mary Church Bajjodi
Mangaluru: On Sunday, July 9th, the “Graha Jyothi” online registration programme was organized at Bajjodi Church Hall, Mangalore.
The programme began with a prayer song led by ‘Ayog’ members. The programme was inaugurated by Rev. Fr. Dominic Vas, the Parish priest of Bajjodi parish, accompanied by Mr. Arun John D’souza, the proprietor of “Mangalore Digital Seva Kendra” Mr. Prakash Saldanha, PPC Vice President; Mrs. Elizabeth Pereira, PPC secretary, and Mr. Ronald Goveas, the Ayog Sanchalak.
Mr. Arun John D’souza said in his speech that the present Congress government has introduced many schemes for the poor and middle class. We are ready to offer our services for the online registration of the schemes. Hence, you are welcome to avail these facilities.
Fr. Dominic Vas opined that many people, especially Christians, are very slow in availing the government schemes. We hope to take advantage of these benefits in the future.
Throughout the day, many people came for the online registration of “Graha Jyothi”. The inaugural programme was concluded with a vote of thanks by Mrs. Irene Pinto.
