One-Day Workshop on ‘Android Development’ Held at St Philomena College, Puttur

Puttur 19 July: The Department of MSc Computer Science organised a one-day workshop on “Android Development” on July 18, 2023, in the PG Seminar Hall.

Computer Science is the application science of many fundamental sciences. Technology is growing rapidly all over the world, and students must update themselves and move faster with innovative ideas, said Rev. Dr Antony Prakash Monteiro, Principal, St Philomena College Puttur, after inaugurating a one-day workshop on ‘Android Development’.

Harish, Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Sahyadri College of Engineering and Management, Mangalore, participated as a resource person and extended insights with regard to cyber crimes that are taking place across the world. He stressed how youngsters should be careful about such crimes and should not fall prey to cybercrimes, and for that, one should be updated about cyber facilities.
