Mount Carmel Shines at the AICS Table Tennis Tournament
Mangaluru: Mount Carmel Central School, Mangaluru, proudly celebrated the outstanding achievements of its table tennis teams at the AICS table tennis tournament for D.K. schools, hosted by St Theresa’s School, Bendoor, on July 25th.
In a fiercely competitive category, our under-14 girls displayed remarkable skill and determination. After battling it out on the table, the team consisting of Rhea Hurtis of grade V, Aadhya U of grade VI, Reanne Jen DSilva of grade VII, and Angela Sarah DAlmeida of grade VI had to be satisfied with a 2nd place.
Equally intense was the competition in the under-17 girls category, where our talented players showcased their prowess. The team with Trisha K of grade X, Prishma Y Suvarna of grade X, Mahaniya D Anchan of grade IX, and Sangvia Suvana Machado of grade IX bagged 2nd place.
In the under-17 boys category, the team with Akash Pinto of grade X, Samarth Madhukar Nayak of grade X, Arvin Chris DCunha of grade X, and Joel Moses Menezes of grade X bagged 3rd place.
