Mega Job Fair organized at Padua College of Commerce and Management, Nanthur

Mangaluru: Padua College of Commerce and Management, Nanthur Mangalore In Association with the Placement Cell, IQAC, the Dept. of Commerce and Management, and UNDP organised a Mega Job Fair On Saturday, July 8, 2023, from 9.00 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Padua College Campus Nanthur, Mangalore. A total of 31 prestigious Companies from Mangalore and Bangalore have participated in this Job fair. More than 400 candidates participated, out of whom 271 were shortlisted, and 65 got  job offers on the spot.

Rev. Fr. Vincent Monteiro, the correspondent, presided over the inaugural function. The chief guest of the programme, Mr. Roshan Castelino, Senior HR manager of MRPL, built the confidence of the job seekers by giving some interview tips. The Principal of the college, Rev. Fr Arun Wilson Lobo, welcomed the gathering. Prof. Roshan Santhumayor, the Vice Principal, proposed the vote of thanks. Prof. Prashanth Kevin DCosta, the placement officer, Mr. Shivkumar and Ms. Lydia Gonsalves – UNDP coordinators, and Mrs. Jesfrida Menezes – IQAC coordinator, were present. Prof. Flavita Lewis compered the programme.
