Mangaluru: “Traditional Day and Musical Evening-Popzilla 2020” held at Milagres College

Mangaluru: “Popzilla 2020” was organized on January 11 by the Fine Arts Association and Students Council of Milagres College.

On this occasion Inter-class traditional fashion show was held to inspire the students to wear Indian ethnic outfit. Totally 18 students participated in this event.

Mr Donald Pinto, Retired Bank Officer, Oman was the chief guest and in his speech he mentioned that the youth are the future and play a major role in the development of the country. Mr Alwyn Rosario and Mrs Eulalia Pinto were the guests of honor. Rev. Fr Michael Santhumayor, the principal presided over the programme. Ms Eva Manorama, Lecturer in commerce compered the programme. Mrs Anita Lobo, Lecturer in Commerce, Milagres PU College and Mr Deepak Ganguli proprietor of Surprize Events judged the event.

Mr Esmail Armaaz of I B. Com and Ms. Minazira of II B.Com. were chosen Mr and Ms Milagres.

Lunch was served to all students and staff which which followed by musical evening. The event ended with the National Anthem
