Lourdes Central School conducts Capacity Building Programme on Stress Management
Mangaluru: Lourdes Central School conducted a Capacity Building Programme on Stress Management for its teachers on May 28, 2025, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The programme commenced with a soulful prayer song led by Mr. Roshan Cordero and his team, setting a serene tone for the day.
Ms. Lolita warmly welcomed the gathering and introduced the esteemed resource persons, Ms. Vandana S. Nayak and Ms. Alpa Shah. Rev. Fr Johnson L. Sequeira, Principal, addressed the gathering, emphasizing the importance of stress management in today’s fast-paced world. As a token of respect, he presented a memento to the resource persons.
The programme took a symbolic start with the lighting of the lamp, signifying the illumination of knowledge and wisdom.
























The resource persons delivered an engaging and interactive session, incorporating activity-based learning, discussions, and communicative methods. Teachers actively participated in various activities, gaining valuable insights and strategies for managing stress.
