LCS Clubs inaugurated at Lourdes Central School, Mangaluru

Mangaluru: LCS Clubs were inaugurated on July 1, 2023, during school assembly. Principal Rev Fr Robert D’Souza, Vice Principals Ms Belita Mascarenhas and Ms Anita Thomas were present.

The programme began with the Universal prayer, followed by the prayer song. Adithi Pai, Aliya, Bhavesh Konchady, Aryan DCosta, and Dhruv R. Amin read the intentions. Ayaan Ahamed explained the thought for the day.

To spread divine grace, the principal and Vice principals lit the sacred lamp. LCS clubs inauguration was marked by the unveiling of twenty five clubs banner flex board by Father Principal.

The significance of clubs was explained by Abdul Hamid Armaan. Club representatives stressed the importance of their respective clubs displaying colourful and attractive placards.

Father Principal, in his speech, encouraged the students to exhibit their talents and develop their skills. He also told the students to totally involve themselves in the various activities conducted during clubs.

The programme was compeered by Anora Elizabeth Mathias and Erina Maria Muhsin under the guidance of their class teacher, Ms Noeleen Pais of Class 6C. The programme concluded with the school anthem.
