KSCST Project Award to Students of St Aloysius College (Autonomous) Mangalore
Mangaluru: ‘Best Project of the Year’ under Student Project Programme (SPP) 43rd series, 2019-20 is awarded to Ms. Umadevi S. M. and Ms. Vaishnavi N. H, students of Postgraduate Studies and Research in Biotechnology of St Aloysius College (Autonomous) Mangalore by the Karnataka State Council for Science and Technology, (KSCST) Bangalore.

The novel work on the ‘Detection of adulterants in coconut oil using paper strips’ is guided by Dr. Jiji George, Assistant Professor, Department of Biotechnology, St Aloysius College (Autonomous) Mangalore. This projected has been funded by KSCST and the award is a unique achievement under the college category.
The Management, Principal and the Research Unit congratulated and appreciated the novel work of the students.
