Holy Redeemer English Medium School Annual Sports Meet concluded in a splendor
Belthangady: Holy Redeemer English Medium School concluded its Annual Sports Meet on November 30th in complete perfection.
Sportsmanship, competitive spirit, and athletic power were evidently showcased in the three-day Sports Annual Meet.
Various athletic events and team events were organised, which finally made up to acquire the school championship.
In the valedictory ceremony, prize winners were honoured and the team championship was awarded.
The event began by singing a hymn of praise. Teacher Shanthi Pereira welcomed and compered the event.
Rev. Fr Joel Lopez of Capuchin Dayalbagh, Ujire, was the chief guest. In his talk, he motivated the students to always have a competitive spirit in all academic activities. Cluster Resource Person Mrs Varija who joined the ceremony later, wished the staff and students all success in future events planned.

Students of Red Squad, namely Red Robins, emerge out majestically as the champions, beating all other three squads and rising to the top. While the Green squad, namely Green Teens, emerge as Runners.
The annual sports meet officially concluded with the lowering of the school flag by the guest at the request of the Sports Minister Karan.
Headmaster Rev. Fr Clifford Pinto congratulated the winning squad members and their mentors and, meanwhile, appreciated the tough competition given by the other squad members.
He also thanked the officials Mr Prajwal and Mr Prasad and all teaching and non-teaching staff for rendering their helping hands in making the Annual Sports Meet a grand success and a memorable one.
