FDP on Academic and Administrative Audit Held at St Philomena College (Autonomous)

Puttur, 7 May 2025: The Staff Development and Appraisal Cell of St Philomena College, Puttur, organized a Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on Academic and Administrative Audit for the faculty members at the PG Seminar Hall on Monday.

In his presidential address, the Principal of the college, Rev. Dr Antony Prakash Monteiro, emphasized that while knowledge equips individuals, it is enthusiasm that truly propels them to excel—serving as the driving force behind innovation, creativity, and lifelong learning.

Adding intellectual depth to the event, Dr P. N. Udayachandra, former Principal of SDM College (Autonomous), captivated the audience with his reflective insights. His profound understanding of the subject offered participants a deeper grasp of the topic under discussion.

The programme commenced with a prayer led by Shriraga, Assistant Professor, PG Department of Commerce. Dr Edwin Dsouza, Convener of the Staff Development and Appraisal Cell, extended a warm welcome. Poojashree V. Rai, Assistant Professor, Department of Physics, compered the event. IQAC Coordinator Dr Malini K. was also graciously present.
