Father Muller College of Nursing, Thumbay to Host ‘Pediacon-2025’ Regional Conference on Pediatric Nursing
Bantwal: Under the theme “Swift Hands – Safeguarding Little Lives,” a regional conference titled Pediacon-2025 is being organized by Father Muller College of Nursing, Thumbay, on May 24, starting at 9:00 AM, at the Florence Nightingale Auditorium of the college. The conference aims to enhance nurses’ skills in child health and pediatric care, according to Rev. Fr. Richard Aloysius Coelho, Director of Father Muller Charitable Institutions, Mangaluru.

He was speaking at a press conference after releasing the event invitation at Father Muller College of Nursing, Thumbay. The program will be graced by Dr. Lulu Sharif Mahmood, Head of Healthcare Simulation Education, who will serve as the Chief Guest. Various resource persons will deliver lectures aimed at improving nursing professionalism on topics such as emergency pediatric care, newborn care, and more.
Sylvester Vincent Lobo, Administrator of Father Muller Hospital, Thumbay, delivered the introductory remarks. Dr. Sr. Judy, Principal of the Nursing College, elaborated on the objectives of the conference. Also present were Janet Sequeira from the organizing committee, Secretary Joyce Fernandes, and Media Coordinator Elias Fernandes.
