Father Muller College of Nursing, Thumbay Hosts ‘Pediacon-2025’ Regional Conference on Pediatric Emergency Care
Bantwal: Under the aegis of Father Muller Charitable Institutions, Mangaluru, Father Muller College of Nursing, Thumbay, organized a regional conference “Pediacon-2025” at the Florence Nightingale Auditorium of the college under the theme “Swift Hands – Safeguarding Little Lives.”
The conference was aimed at enhancing the skills of nurses in pediatric emergency care. The chief guest for the inaugural ceremony was Dr. Lulu Shariff Mahmood, Head of Father Muller Health Care Simulation Education, who elaborated on the importance of meticulous care from the womb to the newborn stage.

Rev. Fr. Richard Aloysius Coelho, Director of Father Muller Charitable Institutions, Mangaluru, emphasized in his address that timely management and care of children’s health during emergencies is extremely important.

Dr. C. Judy, Principal of the Nursing College, welcomed the gathering. Janet Sequeira from the organizing committee delivered the vote of thanks. The program was compered by Dr. Edwina Philip Monis, Associate Professor, and Prinsita D’Souza, student representative.
A total of 211 delegates from various colleges participated in the conference.
