Counselling session for First P.U. students conducted at St Agnes P.U. College
Mangaluru: “Emotional wellbeing is just as important to us as breathing!”
Abhaya, a Womens’ Forum conducted a counselling session on June 12, 2023, in the St Agnes P.U. college auditorium. Mrs Precilla D’Silva, the former HOD of the Dept. of Zoology and Dean of Biology Sciences at St Aloysius College, Mangaluru, was the resource person.
Ms Crystal, Dept. of Mathematics, welcomed and introduced the chief guest and the I PUC students.
Madam shared her personal experience with the students. She said that counselling is just a talking therapy, briefed the significance of counselling, and stressed on EQ, IQ & SQ. She interacted with the students and gave them pointers on how to express their feelings.
The session was compered by Ms Harsha. The principal, Sr Norine DSouza, and convenor, Dr. Tressie, witnessed the session.
