CODP® Mangaluru conducts Tailoring Course for making Cloth bags and Masks
Mangaluru: The CODP® Mangaluru in collaboration with CEI Italy inaugurated the tailoring classes for making cloth bags and masks at Naikap near Kumbla on 20 November 2020. 30 women registered for this course. Mr Peter Paul DSouza, Coordinator of CODP welcomed the gathering.
Fr Vincent D Souza, Designate Director of CODP explained the role of CODP and encouraged the students to accept the challenges of life in order to have a successful career. He wished them all success for their future career.
Mrs Lydia Moras, Coordinator of CODP spoke about the importance of the training and also said that if the students complete this course then they could go for self employment in future, and in turn they could earn income and support themselves and their families.
Mrs Vijaya, the Tailoring Instructor, explained in brief the method of making cloth bags and masks, the requirements, dimensions and how to go about it.
Mrs Sunitha, tailoring student compered the program and Mrs Vijaya, proposed the vote of thanks.
