Bank of Baroda on boards Rising Indian Tennis Sensation Sumit Nagal as its Brand Endorser

Mangaluru: Bank of Baroda announced today that they have signed rising Indian tennis player Sumit Nagal as their brand endorser. This move aligns with the Bank’s long-standing tradition of supporting talented Indian athletes early in their careers. Sumit, currently the highest-ranked Indian singles tennis player, will be a strategic asset for the Bank as they target a younger demographic with a new generation of products.

At 26 years old, Sumit has already achieved a great deal. He recently jumped to a career-high world ranking of No. 71 and secured a spot in the Indian contingent for the Paris Olympics. In January, he became the first Indian player in 35 years to defeat a seeded player in a Grand Slam men’s singles match at the Australian Open. Sumit joins an impressive lineup of Bank of Baroda endorsers that includes badminton star PV Sindhu and cricketing youth icon Shafali Verma.
