Alwyn D’Souza Elected as State President of All India Christian Union
Mangaluru, Aug 25: Alwyn D’Souza, who currently serves as the Central President of Catholic Sabha Mangalore Pradesh, has been elected as the state president of the All India Christian Union. The election, held on August 25 in Ooty, saw him secure this prestigious position by a substantial majority at both the state and national levels.
D’Souza brings a wealth of experience to his new role, having held numerous influential positions throughout his career. These include director of the Poultry Association, vice president of Our Lady of Mercy Church, member of the Kotekar Panchayat, president of the Kotekar Village Congress Party, member of the KDP, and president of the Ullal Block Congress Minority Unit. Additionally, he has served as unit, zone, and central president of the Catholic Sabha Mangalore Pradesh.
