75 Years of Youth Empowerment: ICYM Cordel Launches New Logo 

Mangaluru: On the bright Sunday morning of July 28, 2024, the Cordel Parish community gathered to witness a significant milestone in the history of their church—the launch of the logo for the 75th Platinum Jubilee Celebrations. This event, organized by the Indian Catholic Youth Movement (ICYM) Cordel, marked the beginning of a series of commemorative activities leading up to the grand celebration of the ICYM CORDEL 75th anniversary.

The parish priest, Rev. Fr. Clifford Fernandes, assistant parish priests, Fr. Paul Sebastian D’Souza and Fr. Vijay Monterio And along with  Fr.Prakash Lobo Capuchin, Parish Pastoral Council President Mrs.Ruth Castelino, and Secretary Mr. Anil Dsa, ICYM President Vikas Rodrigues, in the presence of ICYM members and parishioners, unveiled the newly designed logo. The logo, symbolizing the rich heritage and the journey of the Icym Cordel over the past 75 years, was revealed amid applause and cheers from the gathered crowd. The design intricately captured the essence of the parish’s growth, its spiritual journey, and the unity of the ICYM Cordel.

With the unveiled logo as a symbol of their shared history and aspirations, the parish looks forward to a year of meaningful celebrations, culminating in the grand jubilee event.
