MEGA BIBLE CONVENTION 2025: to be held from March 20 to 23, 2025

Mangaluru: Celebrating 50 years of its rich history, the Catholic Charismatic Renewal movement, now known as the Mangalore Diocesan Service Communion, marked its Golden Jubilee with a Bible convention last year. With the continued support of Most Rev. Dr. Peter Paul Saldanha, Bishop of Mangalore, the Mangalore Diocesan Service Communion, in collaboration with the Bible Commission, clergy, and religious communities, had organized numerous impactful training programs, prayer gatherings, and conferences, positively influencing thousands across the Diocese.

As the season of Lent approaches, a Mega Bible Convention is set to prepare the faithful for the 2025 Jubilee of the Nativity of Jesus Christ, centered around the theme Romans “5:5—”Hope does not disappoint us.” This event aims to strengthen the foundation of faith and renew our relationship with Jesus Christ, our Savior.

The convention taking place at Holy Cross Church, Cordel Grounds, Mangalore, from March 20 to 23, 2025, 4.00 pm-8.30 pm, will be led by Rev. Fr. Dominic Valanmanal from Marian Retreat Centre, Annakara, 10,000-15,000 Kerala. Expected to draw around 7,000-10,000 participants, this four-day spiritual gathering promises an enriching experience, providing attendees with an opportunity to seek divine blessings for family, global peace, and the well-being of all humanity.
