Mangaluru: Inauguration of Tailoring Class at RUSEMP

Mangaluru: The inauguration of Tailoring class for making cloth bags was held on  January 1st at RUSEMP, Pakshikere. 13 women have registered for the tailoring course. 

Ms Monica DSouza, SHG member welcomed the gathering. 

Fr Oswald Monteiro, Director of CODP encouraged the students to accept the challenges of life in order to have a successful career. He wished them success for their future career. 


Mr Ravikumar Crasta, Coordinator of CODP spoke about the importance of the training and how women could improve their skills. Mr Rohithaksha Acharya, Co-ordinator of RUSEMP briefed the participants about RUSEMP activities. Mr Joseph K.P., the Tailoring Instructor, explained in brief regarding the method of making cloth bags, like basic requirements, dimensions and how to go about it. 


Mrs Pushpaveni, Animator of CODP compeered the program and Mrs Rita DSouza, Co-ordinator of CODP proposed the vote of thanks.
