FMHMC, Deralakatte holds Installation ceremony of newly appointed Principal and vice Principal

Mangaluru: The installation of the newly appointed principal and vice principal of Father Muller Homoeopathic Medical College was held on September 16 2020 at 3p.m in College Auditorium, Father Muller Homoeopathic Medical College.

The programme was presided over by Rev. Fr Richard A Coelho. Director, Father Muller Charitable Institution and was graced by Rev. Fr Roshan Crasta, Administrator, Father Muller Homoeopathic Medical College. Dr ESJ Prabhu Kiran, Newly appointed Principal, Father Muller Homoeopathic Medical College, Dr Vilma Meera D’souza, Newly appointed Vice Principal, Father Muller Homoeopathic Medical College were inducted to their offices in the presence of Director.

Dr Shivaprasad K, former Principal, Father Muller Homoeopathic Medical College, Dr G Rajachandra, Programme Coordinator, members of the staff, post graduates and Interns witnessed the programme. Prayer service was conducted by Dr Sr Soumya. Programme coordinator, Dr G Rajachandra welcomed the gathering.

Incumbent Principal, Dr ESJ Prabhu Kiran expressed his sincere gratitude to the management and reminded the gathering that to put forth our foot forward in the medical field, we need to keep up our work in the field of research and publications.

The newly appointed Vice Principal, Dr Vilma Meera D’souza thanked the management for bestowing her with the responsibilities and promised to promote the name of the college and requested support from all for the same.

Former principal, Dr Shivaprasad K expressed his heartfelt gratitude throughout his growth and journey in Father Muller Institutions and placed on record sincere thanks from the office staff for all the support in discharging his duties.

The new management committee members were also felicitated by the Director comprising of Dr ESJ Prabhu Kiran, Principal: Dr Vilma Meera D’souza, Vice Principal/Internal Quality Assurance Cell Coordinator; Dr Girish Navada UK, Medical Superintendent; Dr MK Kamath, UG and PG Advisor; Dr Jyoshna Shivaprasad, PG Coordinator; Dr Jacintha Monteiro, UG Coordinator; Dr Deepa Pais, Deputy Medical Superintendent; Dr Ranjan Britto Interns Cooordinator, followed by the lighting the lamp by the dignitaries on the dais symbolizing the new beginning.

Also on this occasion, Rev. Fr Roshan Crasta, Administrator, Father Muller Homoeopathic Medical College mentioned heartfelt gratitude to the former Prinicipal, Dr Shivaprasad K for his services and reminded the gathering that self-realisation should be our ultimate goal by identifying our strength and weaknesses and work upon them.

In his presidential address, Director congratulated the newly formed management committee and wished them good luck in their future endeavours and reminded everyone that change is inevitable and none of us are indispensable because of which we must embrace all change with utmost sincerity and work for the better future of students and institution.
