FDP on “Placement Is A Process, Not An Event” Held at ST Agnes College, Mangaluru

Mangaluru: The FDP began with the introduction of the speaker Ms Tejashree Narayan, Group Director Nexeva Group of Companies, By the Placement Officer Ms Lawren Maria Castelino.

Ms Tejashree explained the main objective of the FDP to be the  contribution of every Department towards Placements which would further lead to increase in Admissions for the College.

The resource person divided the Staff members according to their departments and conducted a group activity which included, What Departments do on a daily basis? The Skill sets of each Department? And What are the efforts the Staff are putting in using the Skill Sets to Achieve Placements.

The resource person was accompanied by Mr Vincent Dsouza, Founder partner- Jvglobal & Director Naxeva Technology Pvt Ltd.

The FDP ended with the Vote of Thanks by Ms Relisha, Assistant Professor Department of Chemistry.
