Children’s camp organised at Infant Mary Church, Bajjodi

Mangaluru: Sunday, October 13: The ICYM Bajjodi organised one-day catechism children’s camp from 9 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. in our parish hall. Icebreakers, action songs, games, talk, Holy Mass, quiz, debate, and treasure hunt were some of the very attractive special features of the camp. They were served a sumptuous breakfast and a delicious meal. Finally, all the children were given the prizes. Fr Pranam Fernandes gave an inspiring talk on personality development. Around 100 children participated in the camp.

In the feedback, the children expressed that the camp was very good with a lot of information and leadership skills. They had a great opportunity to exhibit their talents, mix with other parish children, and develop their debate skills. All the children profited a lot.

The ICYM members of Bajjodi Unit organised this wonderful camp. Their meticulous organisation and superb responsibility are really praiseworthy.

May more and more programs flow from ICYM that the children, youth, and parishioners may benefit from them.
