Alfred Bennis Creations’ 16th ‘Stan Nite’ enthrals the crowd at Bondel

Mangaluru: On February 4, 2024, the 16th Stan Nite was held on the St. Lawrence English Medium School grounds at Bondel by Alfred Bennis Creations, Mangaluru, and St Lawrence Cultural Committee in support of the St. Lawrence Church project.

The programme commenced at 6 p.m. Various entertainment performances were displayed by the artists.

Mr Stany Mendonca, Mr Joseph Mathias, Mr Elton Pinto, Mr Adolf J, Mr Alywn Noronha, Mr Jason Lobo, Miss Adline Pinto, Miss Varna Dsouza, Miss Velita Lobo, Miss Sasha Dsouza, Mr Joswin, and Mr Pappan Calicut on Keyboard & Lead Guitar, Bass Guitar: Mr Joel Dsouza, Sax & Flute: –Mr Reuben Machado, Trumpet: Mr Nizel, Rhythm Pad: Mr Ganesh Babu, Tabla-Dholak, and Congo -Mr Veekshit entertained the gathering with their enchanting music and Konkani melodies. Sound & Lights: Chris Electronics, artists from Memory & Friends lightened the atmosphere with their humorous acts. The audience was awestruck by the brilliant dance performance by Urban Groove.

Rev.Fr. Andrew Leo D’Souza, Parish priest of Bondel Church presided over the programme. He thanked Mr Stany Mendonca as well as Alfred Bennis for presenting the Stan Nite for a noble cause. He further said that the funds generated by the show will be utilized for the Church project of St Lawrence Church.

Mr Roy Castelino, the chief guest, spoke: Tonight, we are all witnesses to the extraordinary work of Alfred Benny’s Creation, whose passion and creativity have brought us together in this moment of celebration. As we embark on this inspiring church project, I extend my heartfelt best wishes to each member of the dedicated team involved.

Rev. Fr Andrew Leo D’Souza, Mr Roy Castelino (chief guest), Mr Louis J. Pinto (President, Mandd Sobhann), Mr Joseph Mathias (entrepreneur), Mr Ravi Pinto-UK, Mr Alfred Benny’s (organiser), Mr Stany Mendonca, Mr Alwyn Rodrigues, Mr Santhosh & Miss Andrea Menezes, Dr Preethi Keerthi D’Souza-Conveyor Cultural Committee, Mr John D’Silva Vice President PPC Bondel, and Mr Felix Moras-Angelore were present on the dais.

A cheque of Rs. 5 lakhs was handed over to Rev. Fr. Andrew Leo D’Souza Parish Priest, St Lawrence Church Bondel, by Mr Alfred Benny’s (organiser) and Mr Stany Mendonca.

The programme was compered by Mr Leslie Rego. Dr Preethi Keerthi D’Souza delivered the vote of thanks. The audience appreciated the brilliant performances.
