AIMIT, St Aloysius university  Hosts Intercollegiate Tech Fest – INFOVISION 2025

Mangaluru, May 9, 2025 – The PG Department of the School of Information Science & Technology at St Aloysius (Deemed to be University), AIMIT Centre, successfully hosted its flagship annual intercollegiate tech fest, INFOVISION 2025, under the imaginative theme “HELLO WORLD”. The witty tagline — “We’ve been coding since 1950… and still stuck at ‘Hello World’” — set the tone for a day of dynamic learning and spirited competition.

Designed as a platform to showcase the analytical, technical, and cultural talents of undergraduate students, the fest drew 27 enthusiastic teams from colleges across Karnataka and Kerala. The event buzzed with youthful energy, innovation, and collaborative spirit.

The fest was inaugurated in a formal ceremony graced by Dr. Ronald Nazareth, Registrar of St Aloysius University, who served as the Chief Guest. Other dignitaries present included Fr. Dr. Kiran Coth SJ, Director of AIMIT; Dr. Hemalatha N, Dean of the School of Information Science & Technology; faculty coordinators Ms. Nausheeda B S and Ms. Gana K V; and student coordinators Mr. Justin Martin and Ms. Abhiskha Shetty.

Six competitive events were meticulously curated to challenge participants across different domains of technology and creativity, making INFOVISION 2025 a truly memorable experience.
