Parle-G Biscuit Pressure Cooker Cake


Ingredients: 

250 grams Parle-G Biscuits (Approximately 2 packets)
1 bowl of warm Milk
½ tbsp Eno (5 grams) or Baking Powder
4 tbsp Sugar


Method:
1. Powder the Sugar and the Parle-G Biscuits in a mixer. (You can increase or reduce the quantity of Sugar as per your taste).
2. Remove the contents and place it in a mixing bowl, then add the Eno/Baking Powder and warm milk. Mix well and pour the contents into a baking bowl.
3. Pre-Heat the pressure on low flame for 5 minutes. Insert an upturned vessel at the bottom of the pressure cooker and place the baking bowl on top of it.
4. Close the lid of the cooker and maintain alow flame while baking it for 35-40 minutes. Remember not to insert the pressure regulator (knob)on top of the pressure cooker lid, in order for the steam to be released.
