Lemon Cake



Ingredients: 
1 cup flour 
100 g butter 
1 tsp baking powder 
2 eggs 
Juice of one lime 
½ spoon rind of a lime 
1 cup powdered sugar 

Method: 
Pre-heat the oven for around 10 minutes before putting the cake inside at around 180 degrees, upper and lower heat. Mix the flour, sugar and butter in a dish and then add the baking powder. Further, add the eggs and the juice of one lime along with the rind. Beat well (with the help of an electric beater if possible). Do not add vanilla essence. (You could add a little yellow food coloring for the lemon color). Beat well and pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake it in the oven for around 30-40 minutes.
